It's pretty far out there, but worth going to if you want to reduce your fine. There is no traffic school and you can't use the oregon e-payment system. Going in person is also the best chance you have of getting anything done - there is only a single phone line and if the person working there is using it, you won't be able to call in. I tried several times over a single day and got a busy signal every time. Thankfully it's not busy at all and there is no real traffic, so when you come here to pay your fine, you'll be in and out very quickly
